3. You fill in our Brief below Billing Details. The Brief is a questionnaire on your brand (company). Please, fill it in thoroughly. It helps us understand your brand and your needs, and accordingly, you get a better product.

4. Select a payment method and fill in the payment information. We accept payments via Stripe and PayPal. After payment, you receive an email with the order details from our website.

5. We study the information in the Brief during two business days of your payment. We email you whether we understand everything and ask for more information if necessary.

6. On the Start Date you selected, we inform you about our start of work on your project.

FAQ

A traditional design project involves negotiating the scope of work, approvals, our refinement and finalization of a concept by making rounds of revisions to it, and development of a detailed Style Guide. Consequently, the investment in such a project is higher.

In Start Brand, we offer an automated and streamlined process where we focus on the essence and most important aspects of your brand. It allows us to develop and create individual design within 7 business days and at a lower price. If you end up wanting to make revisions, or you will evolve the design further once you receive the files, you can do so at any time with any designer. Just as in a traditional design project, we provide you with editable (source) design files for future development and you get Style Guide as well, which contains a set of rules and recommendations to help everyone in your team apply the design correctly.

Start Brand saves your time and investments. You get a professional and high-quality product for a quick start or new image of your brand.

You may order one or more items in addition at any time after your purchase of Start Brand. Just write a request to the email address from which you received your order confirmation and we will agree the details and the fee.

This is a budget product, so the price does not include changes. If you end up wanting to make revisions, or you will evolve the design further once you receive the files, you can do so at any time. We make changes or revisions for USD 60/hr.

You can also edit Start Brand files by yourself or with the help of a designer at any time.

You receive files in formats specified in the description. For example, the description says, “Primary logo in files AI, PDF, JPG, PNG”. It means you receive Primary logo in all of these file formats. Vector files (AI and PDF) allow you to edit them yourself or with the help of a designer at any time, raster files (JPG and PNG) are ready for your use on a website, social media, etc.

Logo files in JPG are varied as well, i.e. on different branded backgrounds and with different positioning (vertical or horizontal). It allows you, for example, to choose an option of applying either just the logo sign or the sign plus the name to your social media avatar, or to choose primary or secondary brand colours.

You will receive all files with Start Brand by email within 12 business days from the selected Start Date. For example, you choose 20 Sept. 2023. We start working at your project on this date. You will receive your Start Brand within seven business days.

We use Stripe and PayPal for payments. You can choose the invoice currency between USD or EUR and pay in the chosen currency. We issue an invoice for each purchase or payment. You can choose a company or an individual to be invoiced. Your choice determines who owns and has rights to the design.
