Licence type: permanent usage rights, worldwide, non-exclusive and single-user. Exclusive option – available for an extra fee.
Allowed:
- Unlimited Personal Use (weddings & individual projects, online and on physical objects);
- Business Use (as a logo online, or on free physical branding and promotional materials);
- Use as a Wedding Planner or Service Vendor for the needs of a single customer within the allowed use;
- Modifications within the allowed use.
Not Allowed:
- register as a trademark; use on products or items offered for sale; resell, sublicense, rent; transfer or distribute for multiple use; or use (including modified versions) to create other items, products or works for sale.

Once you purchase the Semi-Custom Monogram, you and we become Parties according to the Store Policy: you as the Client, and we as the Designer.
The Designer grants the Client a single-user licence for the Semi-Custom Monogram. This licence is perpetual and worldwide. The Client selects the type of licence – non-exclusive or exclusive – within the Product before purchase, which determines the exclusivity of the rights granted. Under the licence, the Client may use the Monogram provided with the Product as follows:
Permitted use:
- The Client’s Personal Use. Unlimited use in personal projects, events or occasions; as part of wedding branding or home décor; for customization of personal items or clothing; as a personal logo on social media, websites, and in printed materials; as a single gift for a third party; or as a hand-painted reproduction on any object.
- The Client’s Business Use. Use as a business logo or as part of a corporate identity, online and on physical branding, in advertising and printed promotional materials, provided any medium or item, containing the Monogram, is presented or distributed free of charge and not offered for sale.
- Use by the Client as a service provider or event organizer (e.g., a print shop, wedding planner, invitation designer, or other service vendor). Unlimited use for the needs of a single customer of the Client under the permitted Personal or Business Use terms.
The Client may modify the Monogram within the permitted use.
What Is Not Allowed
The licence does not permit the Client to:
- trademark the Monogram
- use the Monogram as part of any product, merchandise, or item offered for sale or commercial distribution
- resell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise commercially distribute the Monogram
- make the Monogram available or transfer it for use by third parties, except for use by a service provider or event organizer under the permitted use terms
- use the Monogram or the modified Monogram to create other items, products or works for commercial sale or distribution
Copyright Notice
Any designs displayed in the Product images or elsewhere on the Product page are our copyright materials. Any unauthorized use of such designs or the final design received, in whole or in part, including reproduction or copying from preview images, whether in digital form or on physical items as well as hand-rendered reproductions, constitutes a copyright violation and may result in legal action.
What exactly do I receive?
In essence, you get the Monogram drawn by our designer in digital form. The Monogram is professionally prepared in various file formats needed to ensure perfect quality on any surface or screen, no matter how much you scale it.
Your design assets include the monogram & framed monogram, monogram & framed monogram with name(s) and date (or tagline) – if selected – in high-resolution files for print (PDF), transparent background files for flexible use in images & video (PNG, SVG), files for social media and digital use (JPEG), and a vector design source file (AI) – perfect for professional printing, rescaling, or editing for any project.
Can I request changes after receiving my design?
This is a one-concept product, meaning we don’t offer revisions. Our team carefully crafts each design to match the style shown in the images on the product page. However, you can request changes to the design for an extra fee at any time.
What rights do I obtain for the design?
The design you receive is a licensed product. The license allows you to use it for your personal and business purposes. You may choose between an exclusive or non-exclusive licence types.
Under both licence types, the design is for your use only. You are not permitted to resell, sublicense, rent, commercially distribute, or transfer it for use by another person, nor trademark the monogram or use it on products for sale (merchandise).

Can I request additional branding materials after receiving my design?
You can request additional design elements that are not included in the product for an extra fee at any time—such as a design of invitation card, envelope, menu, letterhead, or other branded materials to complement your design.
When do I receive the monogram? How can I pay? What is the return policy?
You receive your monogram within the specified time set in the product and via a download link sent to your email.
