You purchase this Product in accordance with the Agreement on Terms and Conditions of Sale and Design Services (Store Policy). Once you have purchased the Product, you and we become parties to this Agreement: you as the Client, we as the Designer.
Once the Designer delivers the design stipulated in the Product, the Client obtains property rights to the design, including rights to any original work of authorship created and embodied by the Designer in the Product. This means that the Client is the sole owner of the design.
The Client may use the design for personal and business purposes permitted by law. The Client may also trademark the design or part of it, use the design as part of a product intended for sale or commercial distribution. The Client may modify the design to suit the Client’s requirements.
The Client warrants and represents that the Client does not purchase the Design with the intention of reselling or sublicensing it for profit, and will not engage in such resale or sublicensing in the future. For the avoidance of doubt, the Client has the right, without additional Designer’s consent or Client’s fee, to sell, assign, license, or transfer the Design as part of a bona fide sale, merger, or change of control of the Client’s business, or solely for the purposes of the Client’s own business, including use by the Client’s subsidiaries, affiliates, or authorized vendors (e. g., manufacturers, printers, agencies, distributors, and affiliates).
The Client agrees that the Designer does not conduct any type of intellectual property clearance search (e.g., copyright, trademark, utility patent or design patent searches).
The Designer retains the right to participate in design contests, to publish, show, display, represent and reproduce the design as the author of works for self-promotional purposes in the Designer’s printed and online portfolios, including on levista.art, Behance and Pinterest platforms, TikTok and Instagram social media.
What rights do I obtain for the design? Am I the sole owner?
You obtain full ownership of the logo, including rights to trademark the design and all original work of authorship created and embodied by the Designer in the Product. You are the sole owner of the design.
What exactly do I receive?
In essence, you get the logo drawn by our designer in digital form. The logo is professionally prepared in various file formats needed to ensure perfect quality on any surface or screen, no matter how much you scale it.
Can I change the color, size, or make other adjustments to the logo?
Yes, your logo comes in high-quality vector design files (AI, SVG, PDF), which allow you to easily change the colour and size at any time in Canva or Adobe Illustrator without losing image resolution.

Can I ask for assistance after purchasing a logo?
Absolutely. Our goal is to make sure your design truly works for you. Can I request additional branding materials after receiving my design?
You can request additional design elements that are not included in the product at any time for an extra fee. Whether you need a business card, thank you card, menu, letterhead, or other branded materials to complement your design — just let us know, and we will be happy to create them for you.
When do I receive the logo? How can I pay? What is the return policy?
Your logo is available for download immediately after payment directly from the website. A download link is also sent to the email address you provide during the checkout. Customized versions are delivered within the timeframe specified in the product description via a download link sent to your email.
