You receive your Monogram in a complete set of high-quality design files: JPEG, PDF, PNG, SVG, AI for both print and digital use.
- If you need more colour variants, you receive high-quality vector files (AI, SVG, PDF). That allows you to easily change the colour and size in Canva or Adobe Illustrator without losing image resolution. If you’d prefer not to handle it yourself, a print shop, wedding planner, or other service provider can take care of it for you.
- Delivery time: within 3 business days. Delivery time starts to run from the next business day after the order.
Once your design is ready, you’ll receive your design files in a clearly structured ZIP folder, delivered via a download link sent to your email.
- Colours may appear slightly different due to variations in monitor calibration. Printed colours may also differ in a minor way from what you see on your screen. For the most accurate results, please consult your print shop.

Here we explain the terms of use in simple words. For more information about the terms of sale and use of this and other Products, please refer to the Store Policy.
You purchase the Personal Monogram in Elegant Style in accordance with the Agreement on Terms and Conditions of Sale and Design Services (Store Policy). Once you have purchased the Personal Monogram in Elegant Style, you and we become parties to this Agreement: you as the Client, we as the Designer.
The Designer grants the Client a one-seat, single-entity licence for the Personal Monogram in Elegant Style. This licence is perpetual and worldwide. The Client selects the type of licence – non-exclusive or exclusive – within the Product before purchase.
Non-Exclusive Licence Terms
Under the non-exclusive licence, the Designer grants the rights to use the design of the monogram received in the Product as follows:
Permitted use:
Personal use such as for customization of personal items or clothing, personal logo on the Internet or social media, celebration, special event, wedding, home décor, etc.
- Unlimited use in personal projects, events and occasions or on personal items and clothing, social media and the Internet
- The Client may modify the monogram to suit the Client’s requirements
- The Client is a non-exclusive user of the monogram and the monogram may be used by more than one person
Business use as a business logo or part of a corporate identity, in online advertising, on posters, handouts, etc.
- The Client may use the monogram as the Client’s business logo or as part of the corporate identity.
- However, NOTE that the monogram will be sold more than once and, therefore, may be used by more than one person or company
Use by service providers and event organizers such as print shops, wedding planners, invitation designers and other service vendors.
- Unlimited use for the requirements of one customer of a service provider or event organizer. The Client must purchase the design of the monogram received in this Product each time for use with each customer in our Shop.
- The Client may modify the monogram to suit the customer’s requirements.
- The Client must purchase the design of the monogram in our Shop, even if the Client plans to create a hand-painted rendition of the monogram for another customer on any object (for the second-time purchase of the Client).
Prohibited use and restrictions*
The Client must not:
- trademark the monogram
- use the monogram as part of a product intended for sale or commercial distribution
- resell, sublicense, rent or commercially distribute the monogram
- make the monogram available or transfer it for use by third parties, except for use by a customer of a service provider or event organizer. A service provider or event organizer must not make the monogram received in this Product available for use by more than one customer.
Exclusive Licence Terms
Under the exclusive licence, the Designer grants the rights to use the design of the monogram received in the Product as follows:

- Unlimited use in personal projects, events and occasions or on personal items and clothing, social media and the Internet
- The Client may modify the monogram to suit the Client’s requirements
- The Client is the exclusive user of the monogram under this licence
Business use as a business logo or part of a corporate identity, in online advertising, on posters, handouts, etc.
- The Client may use the monogram as the Client’s business logo or as part of the corporate identity.
- The Designer will not resell the monogram. The Client is the exclusive user of the monogram under this licence
Use by service providers and event organizers such as print shops, wedding planners, invitation designers and other service vendors.
- Unlimited use for the requirements of one customer of a service provider or event organizer.
- The Client may modify the Monogram to suit the customer’s requirements.
- The Client must use the monogram solely for this customer.
Prohibited use and restrictions*
The Client must not:
- trademark the monogram**
- use the monogram as part of a product intended for sale or commercial distribution**
- resell, sublicense, rent or commercially distribute the monogram
- make the monogram available or transfer it for use by third parties, except for use by a customer of a service provider or event organizer. A service provider or event organizer must not make the monogram available for use by any customer other than one it is purchased for.
**You may extend the exclusive licence for an additional fee of USD 90 to obtain the right to trademark the monogram and use it as part of a product intended for sale or commercial distribution. Contact us by email after receiving the design.
* Copyright infringement
* You must not use the monogram, its design in whole or in part, whether digitally or on physical items, without obtaining the relevant rights.
Reproduction of any Product, its design in whole or in part, in any manner without purchasing the Product, or unauthorized use is an act of copyright infringement, which may result in legal action against you.
