You purchase this Monogram in accordance with the Agreement on Terms and Conditions of Sale and Design Services (Store Policy). Once you have purchased the Monogram, you and we become parties to this Agreement: you as the Client, we as the Designer.
The Designer grants the Client a one-seat, single-entity licence for the Monogram. The licence is non-exclusive, perpetual and worldwide. Under the licence, the Designer grants the rights to use the Monogram as follows:
Permitted use:
- The Client’s Personal Use. Unlimited use in personal projects, events or occasions; as part of wedding branding or home décor; for customization of personal items or clothing; as a personal logo on social media, on the Internet and in printed materials; and as a hand-painted rendition on any object.
- The Client’s Business Use. Use as a business logo or as part of a corporate identity, online and on physical branding, in advertising and printed promotional materials, presented or distributed free of charge and not offered for sale.
- Use by the Client as a service provider or event organizer (e.g., a print shop, wedding planner, invitation designer, or other service vendor). Unlimited use for the requirements of a single customer of the Client within the scope of permitted Personal Use. The Client must purchase a licence for each customer.
The Client may modify the Monogram within the scope of the permitted uses. NOTE. The Monogram is intended to be sold more than once and, therefore, may be used by more than one person or company.
Prohibited use and restrictions
The Client must not:
- trademark the Monogram
- use the Monogram as part of any product, merchandise, or item intended for sale or commercial distribution
- resell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise commercially distribute the Monogram
- make the Monogram available or transfer it for use by third parties, except for use by a single customer of a service provider or event organizer. A service provider or event organizer must not make the Monogram purchased under a single licence available for use to more than one customer
- use the Monogram to create derivative works for commercial sale or distribution
- use the Monogram in any manner that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights, or in unlawful, offensive, or defamatory material
- use the Monogram without purchasing it
Copyright Notice
You must always purchase this Product before using the Monogram, its design in whole or in part, whether in digital form or on physical items, including hand-rendered reproductions or renditions. Reproduction of this Product, its design in whole or in part, in any manner without purchasing the Product, as well as any other unauthorized use, constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action against you.
